Terms of Service

How Aimprint Studio works, what you can do with the assets, and what we disclaim.

A short, plain-language summary of the terms that govern visiting, submitting a brief, buying a tier, and using the AI-generated kit we hand back. Paired with the contact path to escalate anything that doesn't fit.

Acceptance of terms

Visiting the site, submitting a brief, or using any of our tiers means you agree to these Terms. If that's a problem, please don't use the service — and email aimprint-studio@polsia.app so we can clarify before you do.

The entity behind Aimprint Studio is reachable at the same address for any formal notice.

Service description

Aimprint Studio turns a written brand brief into an AI-generated brand kit — logos, color systems, type pairings, social templates, and ad creative — delivered through the intake at /brief. A creative director reviews every output before it reaches your dashboard.

The kit is yours to download indefinitely while your tier is active, and comes with source files where applicable.

Acceptable use of generated assets

The assets we hand back are yours to use commercially within the bounds described below. There's also a small list of things that aren't okay:

  • Don't infringe. The brand brief you submit must reference people, companies, marks, and likenesses you have the right to use. Submitting a brief that asks us to imitate a protected mark is not acceptable.
  • Don't scrape or abuse. No automated harvesting of generated outputs, no scripted bulk submissions, no attempt to bypass usage caps or revoke rate limits.
  • Don't resell access.Your tier is for you. Reselling kit slots, sharing logins, or repositioning the service under your own brand without written permission isn't permitted.

We reserve the right to decline briefs that violate the above, and to suspend access while we resolve suspected abuse.

Payment & billing

We sell three tiers today:

  • Aimprint Studio Starter$50/month
  • Aimprint Studio Pro$100/month
  • Aimprint Studio Project$250 (one-off)

Full plan details, including scope and what each tier includes, are on the pricing page →. Refunds and disputes are covered in our refund policy →.

License & rights to generated assets

On payment, you receive a non-exclusive, worldwide commercial license to the assets in your kit, with provenance metadata attached internally for transparency. You retain ownership of the inputs you submit (your brief, your references); we retain ownership of the model weights, the generation pipeline, and the underlying tooling.

The full deliverable-rights answer, including how licensing changes across tiers and what happens to assets if a subscription ends, lives in the deliverable-rights FAQ →.

AI output disclaimers

Generative systems can produce outputs that resemble existing marks, names, or works by chance. We don't guarantee that a generated logo, wordmark, or visual asset is unique — and we can't promise it doesn't collide with a registration you haven't searched.

Clearance of trademarks on logos and marks is the customer's responsibility. Before you file, print merchandise, or launch commerce under a generated wordmark or logo, run a trademark search through the relevant national office (USPTO, EUIPO, or your local registry) and consult a trademark attorney where the stakes warrant it. Aimprint provides creative generation; we do not provide legal clearance.

Provenance metadata is attached internally to every output, marking it as AI-generated. The metadata doesn't change what the artwork looks like in market, but it keeps the record honest for downstream tools.

Liability limits

The service is provided as-is and as-available. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

Where liability isn't disclaimed, our aggregate liability to you is capped at the fees you've paid us in the twelve months before the claim.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of [jurisdiction].
